Brady and Casey Henger met in the restaurant industry where they discovered a deep respect for quality ingredients and service. In 2011 they decided to create a restaurant of their own. Today it has turned into Maywood Grill. This place is not only their livelihood, but their home. They strive to provide every guest with delicious tastes in every bite. Formerly know as Brick Oven Cookery, the owners wanted to expand into a new building for more space, an expanded menu, and a new look! They have dedicated a portion of the building solely to their delicious, organic coffee drinks and famous homemade desserts.
